Our mission

Two countries. One loop.

To advance the careers and influence of Indonesian professionals in Dutch innovation and technology, and to build a meaningful bridge for knowledge, expertise and collaboration.

The infinity in our name is the shape of that bridge: what our members learn here travels back, and what they bring from Indonesia shapes their work here.

Our story

The community we wished we had.

Indonesian professionals already work across the Netherlands’ most advanced industries: in semiconductor engineering, energy infrastructure, banks and research labs.

Yet there was no room where they met as professionals in their field, to share what they know, guide the people coming up behind them, and speak with one voice about the expertise they bring.

INFINITE NL was started by Indonesian professionals working in energy, semiconductors, digital transformation and finance. We are volunteers, and we are building the community we would have wanted at the start of our own careers here.

Why we exist

The room that didn’t exist yet.

Indonesian organisations in the Netherlands already do valuable work: student associations, general professional networks, entrepreneur groups and diaspora advocacy. What was missing was depth in the sectors where our members actually work.

Regular seminars in the fields our members work in, with member talks, invited experts and panel debates.

Structured, sector-matched mentoring

A nine-month mentoring cycle that matches Associates with senior Fellows from their own sector.

Published thought leadership

Member-written articles and an annual report on Indonesian professionals in Dutch innovation.

Support for the Dutch workplace

Built into seminars and mentoring goals, from workplace culture to career progression.
