Tier 1

Associate

Mid-career professionals · 0–7 years · individual contributor to team lead

Receives

  • Sector-matched mentor for the nine-month programme
  • Access to all monthly sector seminars
  • Quarterly cross-sector networking evenings
  • Opportunity to publish under the editorial programme
  • Full member edition of the annual report

Contributes

  • Attend at least three events per year to stay active
  • Complete the annual career survey
  • Eligible for Fellow after 3 years + a senior role
Tier 2

Fellow

Senior leaders & experts · 7+ years · senior manager to C-suite

Receives

  • Fellows-only quarterly closed sessions
  • Speaking slots as resident sector expert
  • Curate and chair seminar topics
  • Named author credit in articles & the report
  • Exec-level peer network

Contributes

  • Mentor one Associate per cohort (nine months)
  • Contribute one article or talk per year
  • Nomination-based entry: two Fellow endorsements
